Shipping & Delivery

Delivery usually takes place within 3 - 5 working days. To confirm an accurate lead time for a product or book a next day delivery, please contact a member of our sales team. Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you to discuss your delivery requirements before attempting to deliver.

Our standard next day delivery on this product is a one man service carried out between 8:30am – 6:30pm, the courier will text or e-mail you before 9am on the morning of delivery providing you with a 1 hour delivery slot. If a delivery day has been confirmed and you miss your delivery a contact card will be left, delivery will only be attempted once more, if the delivery fails twice there will be a charge to redeliver.


Do you have a showroom?

What happens if I discover breakages?

We avoid excessive handling that results in damages. When ordering your materials it is important to allow 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential damged boards (1-2%). In the very rare case that you do receive damages and they exceed 1-2% of the quantity ordered, please report this as soon as possible, kindly make a note of the problem when signing for your goods if you suspect there may be damages and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. What happens if I discover after ordering that the product is out of stock?

A member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. We will offer you a full refund or confirm an estimated time of availability.
